STEELGUARD is a protective coating based on elastomeric resins of synthesis and coloring pigments fast to light, provided with high resistance to climatic and industrial pollution also heavy. STEELGUARD is a specific product for the protection and decoration of objects made of galvanized sheet (roofs, gutters, downspouts, panels) as it keeps unchanged the characteristics of impermeability, elasticity and excellent adhesion to the surface. By contrast, because of its thermoplasticity and poor resistance to scratching, STEELGUARD is not indicated for the decoration of artifacts in galvanized sheet metal that can be subjected to rubbing, abrasion, compression or other mechanical actions, such as shutters, metal furniture or structures which are to be stacked or packed.
